In an effort to equalize overtime as outlined in the contract, the union and the company have agreed on a process to cover overtime distribution in the Boston RCA 914.  This process will make sure that overtime will be offered to the senior technician with the lowest amount of overtime hours, provided they are qualified to perform the work.  Technicians who refuse the overtime will be charged.

The company will offer overtime to senior technicians in surrounding RCA’s if there are no volunteers before forcing the low qualified technician.
