In February 2026, Berklee College of Music & IBEW Local 2222 reached agreement on a first contract covering the following employees at the Boston campus:

• All regular full-time and part-time (including per diem) Studio Operations and Support Consultants and Audio Engineers in the Studio Operations Group
• Lab Operations and Support Consultants and Equipment Room Specialists in the Lab Operations Group
• Multimedia Support Consultants in the Classroom Technology Support Group
