The National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) conducted a Health Hazard Evaluation at Verizon in January, 2026. The following sample letter will be sent to participants. Under the What happens next section it states:

The next time you see your medical provider, consider telling them about your work and your
potential work exposures to lead. You may want to give your medical provider a copy of this
letter for your medical records.
