VZ has changed to a new mail order prescription drug vendor effective January 1, 2025

CVS Caremark has replaced Express Scripts for prescription drug mail orders beginning January 1, 2025.

If you have an active open prescription, Express Scripts transferred it to CVS Caremark on January 1, 2025. If your prescription has no remaining refills, you must have a new prescription sent to CVS Caremark. Please note, if your prescription is a compounded drug or controlled substance, please call CVS Caremark at 833-870-0272 for assistance.
